Wheat pannels

Material composition: Fibers coming from agricultural by products such as wheat, paperboard, straw and a non-toxic PVA glue that bonds the paper liner to the straw core.
Product's information: Using agricultural by products which are exposed to high heat and pressure to activate the resins of the natural fiber which work as a strong and permanent bonding agent allows to produce durable construction panels for ceilings and walls and which also have acoustical benefits.
Manufacturing wheat panels also reduce energy consumption since they use only 328 BTU/lb, according to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NERL) which is a 4% of the energy used to manufacture gypsum board.
